Utility & Laundry Rooms
Some kind of wall-mounted drying rack is always a must. Cleaning rags, delicates, or what have you can be dried with ease, and kept within easy access.
I might need six yards of this board. The idea is great.
I know that our budget doesn't allow for splurging with horizontal space, so I appreciate the vertical layout of the laundry. Adding a sink to the counter means you can hand-wash delicates in a dedicated spot. Love the fact that the floor is tiled. A wall-mounted drying rack for said delicates and other small items to dry on would be useful.
Convenient caddy.
This is perhaps my favourite version of a wooden laundry drying rack. It folds flat against a wall, and has less moving parts than the accordion models.
This is a nifty idea. I like being able to use non-electrical systems as much as possible, but the idea is really tempting.
Waterproofed area with a "lip" around it and a floor drain built into it, to keep possible floods from causing greater damage than they have to. These are pretty common where I come from.
I like the cat door, as well as the door with its woody looking blinds.
These modular ikea kitchen units are beautiful, and I want some, even when I lack the space for them, but they appear to be discontinued.
Craft space.
