Would like similar built-ins for living room area. Ours won't be that tall because our plans have windows on either side of the fireplace. Also need to research vendors for a motorized "art" cover for flat screen. That way I won't have to look at the big screen when it's not in use.
Pocket doors and built-in bookcases between study (bedroom three) and sunroom. Now I'm regretting giving away all our books when we got eReaders. I need them to put on the shelves!

Love the antique style frames going up the staircase. Do a mixture of photos and mirrors. Will this be too much with the stained glass window that's over the window seat on the first stair landing?
Love, love, love that runner. Something similar (maybe a different) style that goes with our space. Not included in construction cost. We'll pay extra for this.
I like the floors in this photo, but may be too dark? I don't know. Also like the wallpaper as accent on stairway walls. Will have to do either wallpaper or antique frames with photos/mirrors. Both would probably be too overwhelming.
Another awesome runner on the stairs.
Like these floors. Also love the use of the dark stair railing.
These floors are nice.
Love the antique style photo frames for photo walls going up the stairs.
I believe our dining area is larger than this nook, so a round table probably will not work. Will probably need a standard rectangular table. Just as in the photo (not these colors), the cushions on the window seat will bring the pop of color to this space. Neutral wall color or wallpaper. Maybe even a patterned wallpaper if it's not too much with the cushions. Need a wow factor or novelty chandelier in this space. This is the first living area you see when you enter the house.
Love this color scheme.
