Black is not a color that needs to be repeated in a room. Just one bold accent, like this ceiling, brings the élan that only black can provide.

5. Bright PinkHot pink, magenta, rosa Mexicana — whatever you call it, you can't help but look at it. Hot pink draws the eye like no other color. I love it in an otherwise subdued room like this one.
