Kitchen Ideas
This is close to what I am looking for, subbing black for the wood features. I am thinking maybe granite countertops in the white/grey scheme but a bit more dramatic then just a slight swirl marble. That will approximate the drama of the black on white that appeals to me, but at the same time seems stark.
This is just generally appealing, sans all the wood tones. Not sure I like the functionality of having micro above double oven (too high?), but it looks good. Like concept of the dressy light fixtures. Above stovetop treatment is nice. Minimal lit top cabinets are also nice. I like the various dimensions. I prefer not everything be flat.
I like the complexity and interest of the backsplash. I want to do something that creates a focal point like this. I would like surrounding cabinets to have unique appeal, but not be fussy,
I like the two tiered island. It would be nice to have work space below and dine-on space above as long as we have sufficient depth for both to be useable.
Can the indent at base of island allow me to retain some of my storage but still get the additional seating space?
Like small, lit top cabs, like general look and fixtures.
I want to make pantry look like a cabinet instead of having an actual door, but I am worried this will be cumbersome.
Complexity of backsplash is nice
