It's time for the Best of Houzz 2013 nominations! Each year the Houzz community selects professionals for Best of Houzz in the categories of Customer Satisfaction and Design.
As we enter the final months of the year, now is the time to reach out to your past and current clients to review you on Houzz and put you in the running to win Best of Houzz. Each review from a client is a nomination for the Custom Satisfaction category.
Professionals with at least one review for a project completed in 2012 will be considered for the Best of Houzz 2013 Customer Satisfaction award.
This is the only way to be nominated, so don't wait!
In addition, winners will have access to Best of Houzz 2013 badges for use on their own websites and a customized press release template to share the news of the award with local media.
To get started, visit your profile, click Request Reviews and enter the email addresses of past or current clients to send them a personalized message requesting that they review your business on Houzz.
Remember that while reviews from colleagues are wonderful and help prospective clients evaluate your business, only reviews from clients will count toward the Best of Houzz.
Emily Hurley Hi there! Reviews from clients for projects completed in 2012 and submitted to Houzz before the end of the year count as nominations for the 2013 awards. The awards will be announced early in 2013. Hope that helps!

Writely Yours PR + Marketing I don't see anything as to the original date of this discussion thread. It just says: "As we enter the final months of the year..." so from the dates of the subsequent comments it must mean 2012, but it would be nice it you would make that clear on the cover image so that I don't have to go thru the post to know if this is new or old news.
