Duplex living room Sam's ideas
Much of this was for the "A" duplex but it will work for either.
Elegantly makes the tv part of the room instead of an invasion.
Oh, how elegantly simply.
The total treatment but, prefer glassed in doors for shelves.
Too much area for focal point, lots of dusting with no cabinet doors.
Love it. Beamed ceiling, windows properly finished, television "incoporated"
TV needs frame around it, just doesn't blend.
this is good together, but needs beams.
Too much area for focal point, shelves need glass doors, but the rest of the room flows really well.
Subtract the toys and add fire place and tools.
too low are there doors?
Glass doors to cabinets(I hate dusting) and add a picture frame to hide the glarry bright TV screen. The beams are what I'm looking at. (Warmer wood tones)
Ultra modern, sleek
Wall is awesome way to accent that half peak with the floor boards in "B". If you prefere to add floor tiles it would be yumm. Posible put the antique wall paint technique.
Room paint color is awesome! This reminds me of the Ralph Lauren Antique Leather technique. Try Base: DEVONSHIRE NA22 Glaze: CAMEL AL01 RL Number: NA22-AL01.
Right hand door plus fireplace==a terrace to "B" duplex

Chris can make these, for the dinning room pass thru window.
Perfect modern cabinerty look w/ no patio door or fireplace. Perhaps something simple like this
carpet tiles in any colors, together, but your livingroom would be fine with your black couch and a modern look.
Oh. look at the Patio doors to terrace of "B" Unit!
Colors! To go with gray, white, black,
Not the mantle Dummy! I believe this to be a faux fireplace, so look at the firebox and tile. Even keep the art inside the firebox.
Just look at Mother's old mirrow! Beautiful!
