laminated or low-iron glass,( white-gray glass) is more expensive.

glass walkways adjacent to the stairs. With the skylight located above the walkways, the light brought to the lower levels is maximized.
It is laminated and usually depending on the size is 3 ply each 1/2" to 3/4" so it could be 1-1/2-2-/14" do not attempt to build without Glass engneering.
