Houzz is the new way to design your home.
Would look great with the sandstone gray tile. For light fixture consider something like:
Is this Varde series. Great for laundry/craft space --is it available in Australia?
Under Victorian stairs
Could put window on south wall and still have great creative use of under stair space without needing to allow for door swing.
I like the window right down onto craft space counter. The sink on the opposite side of the room is okay organizationally, but creates an additional wet wall that really is necessary given the foot print of the room.
Nice use of space, provides a big shower feel by sharing eye room and ledge with tub
Upholstered headboard wrapped around the corner.
Another efficient use of corner space.
A Not So Big concept winner!
Light at top of niche
Okay, so I don't see myself using red in the bath... but I do like the off-set vessel and how it maximizes free counter space
The jigsaw-cut detailing on the feet and cornice make this piece
Now imagine this in an alcove, with a moveable panel of glass and a window at the foot of the tub...
Ultraslim Piana Chair by David Chipperfield
I need to find one to sit on, but great idea for the Mylor house --store in little closet under the stairs.
Wood Classics Door-Mount Rack With Cutting Board
Probably could use one of these for each of the three base cabs in the new microkitchen... one to hold drain board under sink, chopping boards near work center, hotpad to the right of stove/cooktop.
If the island countertop ends up being laminate (at least in V.1) have something like this constructed with curved front trim ala Susanka book. Could use Ikea butcher block with properly designed and routed front end piece. Don't see the need for a back ledge as shown here.
Ioooove the tile
Like the coherence from using the same pendants over island and dining table.
