Could we antique our white woodwork to look like this?
Symmetry, fireplace, blue accents
We could put matching curtains and curtain rods in our den even with the door. Put them on a draw string to open and close.
Maybe we could antique our white woodwork -- this view is closer up.
I wonder what our den would look like with darker walls (not too dark) and light furniture and trim.
This looks Old World, but it's way too dark for our room and house. I don't like it.
Love the fireplace
Love the fireplace. Also an interesting idea to make the fireplace wall a different color.
I like that there's not too much contrast but there's still green in plants, etc. Fireplace is similar to ours but with stone instead of brick.
Look at tray ceiling in this room! You actually notice it, unlike ours! I don't like the rest of the room that much.
Look at the tray ceiling in this room. Wonder if we could add lighting to ours.
Interesting tray ceiling. Just an idea for ours. Maybe not that dark, but what about some different color besides white?
They make side walls of their tray ceiling the same color as one of their walls, an idea we might consider.
Just looking for ideas for our tray ceiling.
Tray ceiling ideas. This one makes the room look taller.
I like the columns and the ornate crown molding.
I like the subtle differences in shades of brown that offer contrast but not too much. I also like the green plants.
Tray ceiling has same color as walls. Definitely draws your attention. Might not work in our house because our ceilings aren't this tall, but worth considering.
Walter likes the wall color, the dark furniture, and the light couch.
Like the pallet of colors
