Houzz is the new way to design your home.
instead of the back door leading into the dining room, why not create a mudroom/pantry in the dining room, build a doorway and extend the kitchen. Eliminate the sliding door - convert to a window.
i like the transition of the kitchen to the adjoining rooms
I like the details!
I like the nook for the cookbooks
smart storage for the corner storage challenge! YES!
not necessarily this but I like the notion of this kind of awesome storage for a "mudroom + office/homework nook + storage = HAPPY
I like it. I like the storage under the island. I also like the painted cabinets and the slabs of marble. I also like the hood/cooktop zone, and the paneled celing and wood flooring; makes it warm.
I love everything about it. traditional, but contemporary and clean. Love the large dining table area - plenty of room to accommodate thanksgiving dinner! Maybe we should consider swapping our living room and our kitchen? I would rather have a spacious kitchen/dining area and more intimate living space.
if they won't let us remove the sliding door and replace it with a window
if we put the kitchen where the dining room is now.
pump up the finishes so that you forget that it's a teeny tiny kitchen - french bistro
love the colors and finishes
small sink, cabinetry, window, glass doors
love the storage for all of the dishes, glassware and serving pieces
love the drink station & built in coffee
love how the entire room is wrapped in cabinetry and molding
traditional and small - dining room swap
door to outside
I really like these finishes + the black. : )
