Homeowners acted as their own general contractor in renovating this split level but used Homewrights, Inc to act as building consultant. The project consisted of total renovation of the existing home, new roof line, first level and basement addition and a two car detached garage. Many green and energy saving features were also incorporated in the remodel. Photography: Jeff Davis
