modern, but subtle
tub and wall sconces
Half bath decor-simple vanity and bowl sink. would not do multi-color tile on wall
skylights, french doors, open feel
drawers and doors (closets within the closet)
dog shower area in laundry room/ mud room
pool enclosed in private courtyard, extended roofline creates covered porch area.
Prairie style that looks like it could have an upstairs
Would look nice on lot with trees/river view. The neighbors might hate us?
Walkout basement level plus main floor and upstairs. Suited to wooded lot
Simple, but not cold. Open feel.
Nice use of multiple materials, curves and angles. Too "modern" maybe?
Brick might help transition the look to a street with more traditional houses
Works with hill, walkout basement potential.
pool fits in close to the house and seems "tucked in"
Privacy provided by building on one side, pool runs lengthwise with length of main section of the house
Simple powder room, wall sconce
Open plan, Multi-level, stone, bubble chandelier
Maybe -a little wood paneling on the ceiling in one of the areas would look good...
island w sink and bar seating
fireplace helps define living areas rather than full walls
Contemporary Front Doors
Great front door, use textured glass so you can't see straight into the house.
Designated kitchen area, but can still connect with living room space visually
basic, could work for basement " home gym" idea
open, light, exposed stone brick, multiple warm wood tones. Like the multi level look, but would be pretty if all on one level too.
concrete look. rock bed next to wall. use of 'nature" but not as permanent as the trend of pebbled shower floors
bar space tucked away, needs a sink!
Like the flat, solid, geometric style of stairs, and that they are split with a small landing halfway down. Glass along the side allows illusion of being open; a simple railing might also work.
Not really going for the style/look in the picture, but like the suggestion of the island housing a second sink, storage, counter space, and some seating
