I'm not sure if there is a building material I like more than beautiful wood planks. These boards can show off variations in a gorgeous wood. They can emphasize either horizontal or vertical lines. They can be a wonderful way to reuse boards from structures that are razed, thus making a project more sustainable.
Planks can be used in a sleek modern way. They often denote that a space is more casual. It all depends on the context in which you use them. deodand In the second-to-last photo, wouldn't the floor be wet sometimes when you just wanted to use the toilet in your sock feet? It's a weird layout.
