Although summer is coming to an end, there are still ways to evoke the feelings of a breezy coastal getaway at home all year long. One of the greatest feelings of freedom in the world is catching a big breeze on a sailboat and leaving a safe harbor far behind. For our own house - which unfortunately isn't on the beach - I've already bookmarked a wideimages poster of the harbor of St. Petersburg, Florida, very similar to the one in the second example.
And on another note, I never really liked short curtains but there is something about those in that last shot that really work for me. Maybe because it's a nursery. Or the punchy color!
