Houzz is the new way to design your home.
like the board formed concrete, not too rough.
like the wood texture in the concrete, but not the blue stain they added to it.
Like how windows along top soften concrete wall with warm wood & light
This is a sweet ass fireplace. I like the smoothness of the board formed concrete ridges, how you can see the concrete move from an interior element to an outside element with the proximity of the windows butting right up to the concrete.
Love this exterior look
Idea for breakfast nook exterior treatment?
Like the mix of exterior materials: the wood color, concrete, black framed windows, metal roof
Don't like the "Mondrian" vibe with the green added in here and there.
I like the floor to ceiling window in the stairwell and the built-in shelves along the wall in the stairwell
like the window and bench for the landing in the stairwell
Love the entry and overall curb appeal of this house
Love the mix of exterior materials, I like the black material used to accent spots around windows and the wood color is beautiful with the concrete and black.
Like this concrete wall that defines driveway, address and ends in a berm that wraps around property to add privacy.
Like the walk around shower with no glass, lots of privacy in shower
Like walk around shower, palette of materials, layout of room, full mirror wall instead of little framed mirrors, sinks flush in counter. A little to stark white overall though.
Love this bathroom, don't need a tub though & windows come down too low. Nice mix of natural light & soft lighting around mirrors. Feels warm, not harsh & stark white like a lot of modern bathrooms
Hairdryer storage that keeps it plugged in but not on the counter! Yes!
Idea for boys jack n jill bathroom. Like the palette, tile, sunken sinks with flush countertops
love this bathroom, maybe idea for bathroom off study? the shelf is awesome.
I like the drawers between the two sinks for storage in the boys bathroom, keep clutter off the counter and not a lot of other space in their bathroom for storage.
I like the overall look: like the full wall mirror and sunken sinks, don't like the faucets though. I like the stone wall, but since we used concrete as our feature stone on the first floor not sure if this would go with rest of house?
I like how the faucets come out of the wall, easier to clean counters! Also like the dropped in sinks and how the counters look thick, like a slab.
I like the large wall mirror, the faucets coming out of wall and more sunken sinks. Not sure about the floating cabinets, they seem to be all the rage, but are they spendy?
I like the idea of built in shelfs and drawers below for the boys bedrooms, doesn't have to have window seat, but it's pretty cool too
This may be a bit extravagant, not sure, but if doable this would be sweet for the doggies! An outdoor dog/kid shower (with hot water) that is by the doggie door into the mudroom, would be great for dogs to have their own door separate from the human door. It could even just be a hose that had warm water option, nothing fancy.
Like the idea of a half door option for the mudroom leading into main living space so that we can shut doggies in mudroom, but still have the top half open so we can see them and guests can be social with them at their leisure :)
Clean simple look for powder room? I like the Kohler faucet/sink, silestone counter, big mirror, under-mounted sink.
Ideas for boys bathroom, but not the crazy floor, maybe larger white hexagon tiles? Like the gray cabinets.
