Porch columns and mouldings.
Stone around the entire base of the house. Like small second floor balcony.
Old-world look, tend to favor French country impression.
Roof of square window structure above the entrance.
Three sided courtyard (sided by: sun room, living room, laundry/ mud area). Minus the fountain.
Depth of porch (only enough for furniture to face out). A rounded area where the porch wraps around the corner of the house could be wider to accommodate a small table with four chairs (if possible).
Idea for courtyard.
The opening between the kitchen and single dining area should give the illusion of two separate rooms (wide entrance). I like the idea of round columns.
For the design with the home facing Linden St., the fireplace is located between the dining area and the living room. I like the idea of doorways on either side of the fireplace (thick walls).
The entrance to the room on the right. We like the idea of thick walls in key doorways.
Ceiling for the dining area. The center area should be slightly higher around the light fixture (to accommodate a decorative effect, probably circular).
I like these windows for the bumped out portion of the dining area facing Linden Ct. This area would have access to the wrap around porch (narrow French doors).
I like the portion of the island with chairs (gives the illusion of a small table).
I would like the dining area to have a wall with a few built-in cabinets (upper right portion of the picture).
Idea for the mud room or laundry room (if a separate mud room is not possible).
One idea for the stairs. I envision the staircase to be located near the front entry of the house or near the sun room area (Linden St. orientation).
Interesting ceiling idea.
Idea for the stairs. I also like the hallway leading into the next room.
Like this transition between the entrance and the living room (coat closet included).
Roof of the square turret.
Interesting ceiling idea.
Possible staircase idea.
Ceiling idea for sun room or second floor office.
Old world appearance for the garage.
Built-in cabinets for one wall of the dining area (only two to four doors).
Like these type of windows for the sun room.
Idea for the ceiling of the living room (simpler version).
Like the shape of the top windows.
Possibility of a half-turret (3 to 4 sided)?
Like the idea of a white exterior for the sun room (with stone at its base).
I like the roof shapes as well as the narrow French doors.
I like the shape of the room in the foreground on the right (sun room idea). This room will most likely serve a dual purpose as both a first floor office (desk) and sitting area.
Like this square turret.
Like the shape of the top of these French doors.
We envision only a half wrap around porch (not this exact porch shape however). Begins at the front entrance and ends at the entrance to the dining area.
Ideas for the exterior coloring and materials for the house (not exact, but closest I have seen).
I really like the style of this home (roof, general impression).
