FARR Laundry Room
Ladder -- see railing at top of cabinets. I'd probably prefer open shelving, perhaps with curtains or shades, to save money. NOTE: shower curtain rods in front of window are great for hanging clothes.
counter space and desk area
Drying racks are intriguing
Nicely organized... looks very functional
Great laundry sink, esp if we can find one used.
Like the wood countertops
Drying rack above washer/dryer
Narrow depth cabinets for hanging cleaning tools
Hooks by the back door for leashes, etc. Also bead board (or simpler equivalent) will keep dog dirt off walls.
Great drying racks
More drying racks
Like the wide shallow drawers for all kinds of things
Curtains for cabinets... inverted pleats
Like the wrapping station
Might work for storage shelves
Possibility for storage shelves, esp if we could find them used.
Use galvanized pipe and boards to make shelving units
Make these shelves
Shelving unit from galvanized pipe, floor flanges, pipe couplers, castors, and wood boards. I'd make the height of each shelf 12-15 inches (these are 18") and probably add a 2x4" base, rather than castors. Then I'd use metal L-brackets to secure it to the wall.
