office (currently the sun room)

Chuck expects to use his own desk rather than have a built in desk area, and his current thinking is that his desk would be at the window facing the street. My preference is to have a built in desk area similar to some of these pics. Perhaps a small area for gift wrap (storage/wrapping surface). Ultimately, if cost becomes an issue, we would not need any built-ins, and would just want the sun room converted to a year round room, replace the sliders with standard windows, etc.
