Nice pantry. Organized, lots of shelving. And if our kitchen cabinets are white, this would work.
I like the white cabinets and the dark island but I may want the counter tops to be different colors. Not sure.
I like this a lot though I think the back splash is boring. I like the cabinets, the light fixtures and the faucet (not sure we are doing a faucet on our island though). I don't think I like the round knobs though. I think something more modern is better.
Something like this would be great so we don't have all these appliances all over the counters. Let's do something like this for sure.
Ooooh! The ceiling is cool but probably way too expensive. I kind of like the light fixtures too but they'll probably get really dirty quickly.
This is cool. Better than the lazy susan where everyone's fingers also get caught.
The beams are cool but I think we are doing this in the Living Room and/or DR/LR so probably not necessary. This is a little more traditiona/ country-ish and I think I like more of a modern feel for the kitchn.
This is a must have!
This is a maybe. Not sure it's sooooo much better than a drawer filled with these utensils.
This is cool.
I wish we could have a skylight in the kitchen :(
I like this a lot. Like the cover on the fridge. I liked the dark wood against the white cabinets. I kinda like the dark drawer handles but maybe silver is better. Not sure.
The Hide away pantry door is very cool. are we going to have a door on our pantry?
Love it. (don't love the chairs). Not sure what the counter tops are.
This is one with a black island. They have the white subway tile which I think is on the cheaper end (?). I think the light fixtures are RH. Pretty modern. A little boring?
If we do white with stainless steel applicances, I think the dark wood island gives it some warmth.
Cool floor! I like the designs on the walls too. Wainscoting?
Cool table. with modern chairs. cool.
marble as the back splash is cool. too expensive???
ok. so here's an example of an accent wall in the dining room. This one is stone so perhaps too expensive but it's the idea. The other thing we can do if a material such as stone, wood, brick, etc is too expensive is we can do a cool wallpaper.
we could do these beams in the dining room/living room but I think we are doing that in the FR? The base board ceiling is not necessary. Plus it's too cape cod-like for our style house.
Ahhhh, here's one of my wall ideas!!!! Brick. Cool.
Ok, so here's an idea. What if the fireplace is in the middle of the DR and LR instead of on the side? I like this idea....a lot!!!!!
If you ignore the kitchen, this is kind of what I was thinking. One big room for the DR and LR.
I kinda like these light fixtures. They are like a modern version of French manor chandeliers. I dont want a bench in the DR though.
Another accent wall idea
fireplace is kinda cool.
don't love this overall but the idea of the wood beams in the FR and a different, more modern take on the fireplace is cool.
FP for DR/ LR or FR?
kinda pretty. maybe for guest bath?
pretty, simple and probably on the cheaper end without looking like it. For powder room?
way cooler. for powder room???
boring but might suffice for guest bath?
very cool but looks expensive
i like the blue tones for tiles in the bathroom. feels very soothing and ocean-like :)
i like the shower head and the inlet for shampoo and such. we need a place for the shower products!
FR fireplace? Can we have 2 different looking fireplaces sharing the same vent - meaning the screen room fireplace looking more rustic and the FR fireplace looking a little more modern?
CAST STONE FIREPLACE MANTELS - $2,600
Maybe something a little more formal/traditional for DR/LR fireplace?
For our DR/LR, I like the beams. The wood ceiling is too much. I like the fireplace AND the chandeliers. And the floor but I think I want to go a little darker. I like the slight variations in color though on the floor.
Like the dark floors.
I like this traditional fireplace for the DR/LR along with a modern piece of art over it. Very cool.
basement bar? tile doesn't need to be so intricate. If it's shiny, I don't know if I'm as big a fan.But the overall look is nice and simple.
basement bar or little bar in kitchen idea?
This is good to remember for the FR. We could paint the far wall a different color. Looks good with the high ceiling and beams.
