Byre Knoll House
Although this is sort of mountain style, it could easily be agrarian. Scaled down to a single story structure, it could still retain a lot of the same charm. Really like the mixed exterior finishes.
our screen porch could be similar. A half wall and heavily reinforced screen door would protect it from the dogs.
simple deck. Southside of house. how's it edged?
My favorite entry & study - bring the outside finishes inside
Like the light cabinetry. Great idea to do drawer under sink!
This is a different idea. Blonde wood mixed with grey taupe cabinetry. I like it.
I really like everything about this... The door, the pale wood, the exposed ceiling beams, the contemporary trim. Like the recessed baseboards. WANT the baseboards.
Gorgeous! So many beautiful elements. Scrapwood used to build cabinetry, beautiful concrete flooring, wood cathedral ceiling. This whole house has a lot of appeal. I like the floors best.
Murphy bed in guest bedroom so I can do Yoga!
Maybe i'll do black leather on my Danish modern chairs
Cabinets are made from waste wood scrap. What a great idea.
Did I mention I like wood on the ceiling? I especially like that this cathedral ceiling is low. Don't want high and lofty. Want cozy and intimate. Prefer an unstained, lighter look however.
Love the mixed use of materials on the door. Master closet doors, pantry door?
Well done ceiling. Screened porch.
Love the low profile cathedral.
I like this and I know the main reason is because the siding is green. LOL I also like the contemporary, unexpected use of glass.
There's a lot I like about this house. The roof lines, the modern style. It's different but not so strange that it couldn't fit into a conventional neighborhood. It has a scattering of clerestory windows on one side.
I like this. I especially like that is identified as agrarian style. I would prefer a reversed color scheme however.
Yet another example of low profile cathedral ceiling. In this example, I especially like that the wood is pale, untreated and the lack of additional wood trim makes the room quite modern while keeping the agrarian style.
Kinda like the galvanized steel on the wall, maybe just behind the soaker tub.
The light fixtures are a perfect inexpensive nod to the agrarian theme.
Although too large for our needs, I REALLY like the simple yet very detailed appearance of this home.
I like the warmth of all the wood in the picture.
The quad of windows in the middle could be a solution for the tub & shower enclosure in the master bath.
Another view of the screened porch that caught my eye. Good protection from pets with a little added privacy.
A couple of flip-down berths on the screened porch would expand sleeping quarters during warmer weather. I have very fond memories of sleeping in my grandmother's "cold" room.
modern screened porch; great!
Best integration of carport and entry I've seen. Beautiful.
Did I mention that I really like this?
His and hers car ports? Funny but neat too.
Like this for the master bath, windows starting maybe a foot higher.
What an interesting space. Love the windows to the loft. Nicer feel than a traditional railing. The stairs, the ceiling, the modern wall treatment. What's not to like?
Love the shelving! Such a clean minimalist workspace.
Wow! Love the bed, love the wood, love the wall, love the bedside tables... What's not to love?
Split roof is really nice.
Split roof in rustic style.
54" Tub/ shower enclosure that's serene. WANT.
Tub/shower enclosure. I REALLY want this.
My Favorite tub arrangement. i like the small deck on either side of the tub. Could definitely be done with a small soaker tub and smaller shower enclosure. Like the natural stone appearance.
I like this tile. So clean and modern.
There is SO much I like about this house...
Really like the table and chairs
