simple, compact, great design
Hang a collection of dishes on the wall. You can use dishes that you already have or pick up some beautiful decorative dishes for a bargain at a local yard sale. This is easy affordable kitchen art that can make a big beautiful change to your cooking area.
Place a decorative bowl or two in the kitchen. Choose very large sculptural pieces that stand out as kitchen art. The kitchen table and kitchen counter are good places for these. You can leave them empty or fill them with interesting trinkets.
This slate-like backdrop almost looks like modern art. I love the organic look of it - it's natural but modern at the same time.
I like the idea that you could create privacy or a wind shelter (or both) by the use of these simple roll-up blinds
love the colour scheme
Maybe for our front patio
I love these cushions. You could adapt the idea to embroisdry inside a similar frame. Different shades of the shot silk add depth of colour, too.
I like the fresh green colour with the white and black accents.
A rounder shape, softening out the stricter geometric lines throughout this room. Support underneath is very interesting and might work for my rectangular table project
might work for Dave's garden
