I like the fact that it is a way we could possibly work to incorporate a similar room, either on the back of our house, or if we close in and winterize the sleeping porch on our second floor. I also like that it shows how to make this work in a house that is extremely similar to mind in terms of the brick and woodwork.

Erin McLaughlin_Griffin These are all ideas for the back of the house. We are looking to add a porch that we can use for dining. Vince is against making a year-round room addition on the first floor, but he's open to screening it in. He DID agree to winterize our sleeping porch on the second floor. These pictures only reflect ideas that can possibly be applied to either the sleeping porch or the back porch on the first floor.
