That is great Susan Fogel to let your students know not to forget the small shops and craftsmen in their area. In fact This Old House recently shouted out that there will be a huge shortage soon for much needed services. Companies and organizations are even offering paid apprenticeships. We were recently filmed on what we do with our major NH TV show NH Chronicle under the title The Piano Doctor. We really appreciated their interest and found out how many enjoyed it. We hope many young ones can choose a hands on worthy career. Some will love it as we have. It is also a nice experience to visit and get to know local artisans. They are good neighbors! Let's make happy towns! yellowbarninteriors.com

Everyone has different physical reactions to things and, also, different likes. Some scented candles cause me to have a mild allergic reaction. Because it is mild and I enjoy the scent, I ignore the allergic reaction. Some air fresheners cause me to have an asthma attack. That, I would be foolish to ignore. I keep my rescue inhaler with me when I leave my house. I have walked out of public restrooms without using them because when I walked in, I started to have an asthma attack from the air freshener. Other times, when I was desperate to use the toilet, I used my inhaler before I used the toilet and left the room as soon as I could.

Today, I had two friends over for a lunch of French Toast and hot cocoa. They stayed over an hour after we finished eating. All of us enjoyed our time together.

I go thru the winter months easier now that I've gotten completely updated with LED lighting. For the three or four foot fluorescent tubes, I've replaced with LEDs that don't require rewiring (some only work with rewiring). Lamps all have led bulbs. Recessed lighting was a major upgrade as well, with LED. I now am using an LED nightlight and a USB LED lamp plugged into the wall socket, which I'm lucky itself was installed over bed height. Plug in LED sconces might be the next step.
