Some color combos are exuberant and in your face, while others recede and take a little more attention to really appreciate. Go for bright, saturated colors if you want a lively, cheerful space. Opt for more muted neutrals if you want a more calming space (and if you tire of bold colors easily).
I couldn't agree more! Color immediately sets the tone for your home. I chose warm colors that reflect that our house is located amidst towering trees. In contracts, when I decorated a beach house, I chose happy bright colors that hold up well to the bright sun and creates a light-hearted atmosphere.
