People seem to have mixed feelings about wallpaper. On the one hand, it's not as easy to apply or alter as paint is. On the other hand, it can make a much bolder and more interesting statement than other wall design options.
The good news is that there are tons of different types and textures of wallpaper available these days. You can choose the style that is right for you - bold if you're looking for a grand design for your home or plainer if you want something that's nice but not garish.
Wallpaper is particularly interesting to me because there are so many different ways that it can be used. By choosing the right patterns and colors, your wallpaper can enlarge or brighten a room. It can bring texture and depth to a space. It can create frivolity in more serious homes or draw your eye up to the ceiling. It's never boring and that's something that interests me.
