Houzz is the new way to design your home.
Overall look: black granite counters, white cabinetry, and subway tile. Open feel.
Compact kitchen with nice design elements. I like how the fridge and the microwave are placed at the edges to limit traffic.
Dark counters and light cabinets. I also like the recycled glass backsplash from Fireclay.
Merged kitchen with adjoining dining space.
L-shaped kitchen that is open to the rest of the house
This kitchen includes a lot of the features I like: dark counters, light cabinets, a stainless sink, a wall color similar to our sans tile flooring. I like the alternating pattern but probably wouldn't go with stark black and white.
Light and bright kitchen. With a narrow island and linoleum floor.
Love the soapstone counters with white cabinets and the pop of bright color behind the open shelving & on the island.
Love the seating area and the pendant lights. Also, of course, the white cabinetry and ample storage
Smart use of neutral materials (marble counters, oak flooring and white subway tile) that go with everything, so the homeowner can change the funky cabinet colors and still have a put-together look.
Love the dark counter, simple white cabinets, and blue subway tile.
Interesting idea to put tile around the island. This kitchen has very little upper cabinetry
Love this before and after transformation. Kitchen island from ikea.
Dark counters, light cabinets, and colorful subway tile backsplash
