La jolla
We want an island or overhang of some kind on the kitchen island.
garages/lighting/front door
Another white and open kitchen. I like the appliance and storage built into the island.
Interesting entry, feels more grand, we're looking for that effect.
the doors caught my attention at first
Simple white cabinets with a couple open front accent cabinets. The french open front doors kind of speaks to the french doors in the den; however, that may be too much checkerboard in a small space.
The entry door. Natural light on both ends and above as well as a wider door. Not sure about the pattern on top, but the general idea resonnates.
This stone looks too cookie cutter to me, but may be open to the combination of wood and stone depending on the execution.
The stone fireplace is charming
See through fireplace caught my eye initially, but not as relevant now.
Organization for the pantry cabinets
love the simplicity of the kitchen. Open and white, stainless steel, and dark floors.
glass and wood railing for the deck above the garage. Also, the open windows were appealing
Looking at the cape cod railing for the current deck/patio above the garage. I think we're more aligned with going for an all glass look instead.
The fireplace
the dark color of the floors
The windows intially caught my eye as they have the frenchish panels, but then it's open at the bottom so there's less obstructing the view. The fireplace is intriguing as well.
Also like the stone without the "cold marble" feel. The cleanliness of the light colors is lovely as well.
Drawn to the interesting fixtures, the natural light, the white cabinetry
