bookshelf - would like several openings to have doors to hide printers, papers, workspace "stuff" and then the rest open for decorative books, vases, etc. - incorporate slide out desk
slide out desk
the bookshelves and the color of them
I like being able to post things on the wall (vision board, event fliers, etc.) but of course would need to be able to "hide" them when necessary
love the built in's around the window
another idea to incorporate seating space - yet have the shelving - could possibly fit a pull out desk if unit extended all the way to the wall on the left (and of course enclosed some of the shelves)
like the size of the workspace for me and that it is not facing the wall - like a lot of drawerspace
good shelving, drawers, workspace, electrical outlets, for assistant but not enclosed - maybe a curtain or door? Flanked on either side with bookshelves rather than wall for the decorative books, vases to be exposed?
like the lighting over her desk - would be perfect if desk area were enclosed - chair would be brought in during the day from other room so, would look like living room if desk were enclosed
so many great closet ideas - wish I had a closet in the room!
like the size of the desk for my workspace - would need to look nice from the other side though since I wouldn't want it facing a wall
forget about the bed - i like the uniqueness of the narrow left side shelf, the lighting, the enclosed spaces, yet some spaces open for decorative - would want the assistant desk (shown) to be hidden and maybe my desk could come out where the bed is?
again, like the size of the desk for me but would want more drawers and less exposure underneath (tend to "hide" things under my desk!)
BINGO!!!!! As long as there is a workspace behind these doors it's pretty close to perfect!
Very creative way to use the corner! could possibly build this into the corner and leave the rest of the wall still available for loveseat/family room furniture/wall hanging?
my DREAM reading space!!!
not a fan of the style but like how there is a single chair and then that wider chair that can fit two people with a small table in between - that can go in front of the window but the "loveseat" can be easily turned in the evening to face the TV
What a great idea!
