Dezeen presents The Temporium

The creative folks over at Dezeen are opening a unique pop-up design store that will be a visual feast of the latest creative products from more than 20 designers and brands. The Temporium takes place in central London and will feature items for sale such as patterned paper planes by Glithero, colorful handlebar grips by Nonusual, Established & Sons, USB stick necklaces by Logical Art and more.

| HOLIDAY HOME TOUR Dec. 2-3, 2011 Finishing Touches: A Holiday Tour of Fine Homes & Boutique Atherton and Menlo Park, CA Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, it's time for tree trimmings, holiday tabletops and poinsettias. Get inspired by beautiful homes decorated in the holiday spirit at the fourth annual holiday home tour and boutique fundraiser benefiting the Junior League of Palo Alto-Mid Peninsula and its shelter, foster care and literacy programs. The event will showcase homes in Atherton elegantly embellished for the holidays by homeowners and design partners. Highlights include a 9,300-square-foot Zen retreat, an Art Deco-inspired living room and more. You can also enjoy shopping at a holiday boutique held at Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park. Guided and self tour tickets are available. Design partners include Brick Monkey/Barry Johnson Designs, Evars + Anderson Interior Design, Florabella, Kolkka Furniture and The Dressed Room. Whether you're an architectural buff or history enthusiast, this neighborhood collection of Victorian mansions is sure to get you into the holiday spirit. HOLIDAY HOME TOUR — Dec. 9-10, 2011 37th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes Savannah, GA Choose from two self-guided tours of six historic Savannah residences dressed in seasonal decorations. The homeowners will also be present at each home, being able to share the unique history and features of the home. Other weekend events include: A Victorian tea, tour of prestigious and private inns, and "A Christmas Tradition" show at the historic Savannah Theatre. |

The creative minds behind Design*Sponge, Antler and Co., and Wood & Faulk have teamed up to create The Portland Bazaar, a curated holiday fair celebrating the high-quality handmade goods being produced by Portland's creative community. From woodworkers, metalsmiths and cutting-edge fashion designers to bakers and chefs, the work of more than 70 vendors in a wide range of categories will be available for purchase. The Bazaar will also offer unique demonstrations and classes, including custom bike-frame building and DIY workshops that teach visitors how to make holiday wreaths from local Portland flora. Some of Portland’s finest food trucks will also be there, to let you snack as you shop.

If you're still recovering fighting off the Black Friday crowds, it might be the perfect time to go for a run, hike, or a leisurely stroll. If you're visiting family in Indiana or just happen to be lucky enough to live there, enjoy exploring the 2,382 scenic acres of Turkey Run State Park. Named for the fine fowl hunting the area once afforded early settlers, choose one of 11 trails to explore, including the park's signature suspension bridge.
