these ideabooks are all about practicality -- designs applicable to my own (limited) space. no dreamy victorians with secluded attic nooks, no lofts with soaring ceilings, no cottages by the sea, no repurposed barns, no sweeping view windows with a convenient south-western exposure, no unattainable fabulousity. i will resist.

dark blue and white
wallpaper/contact paper/fabric looks great lining a bookshelf or cabinet. in my case, i'd probably go for a solid color, because my rooms are already busy. this looks excellent, tho'.
