Houzz is the new way to design your home.
Like the front except the pergola is too long. Like the patio, like the bump out. Dont like the left side of the top floor-doesnt flow with the rest. Small walk-out balcony accessed from bedroom to view city?
Love the color of the blue (cascade windows), love the "pop-out" windows. Stucco maybe a bit more putty or light grey to hide staining etc. Love the roof etc.
Powder room main floor. Have the sink in glass. like the wainscot (high), but in natural stain of floors or other cabinetry not painted. Also like the wall paper if its affordable
Like this idea in laundry
Pantry kitchen: Ladder, light fixture, cabinetry color (perhaps a little more of the distressed blue gray to match the island) and organization, keep wood floors run throughout main however. Prefer pocket door if possible.
Kitchen idea 1: Like the "cape cod" style of this kitchen just change the colors a bit and blend to match our other design.
Kitchen Idea 1: Love the island shape and color (Love the island regardless of which kitchen-blend to fit in).
Love this Sonoma center tile over the range/or cook top
Compact layout is nice if needed. I love the lanterns over the island. I also like the light fixture over the dining table if do not think Chandelier goes with the vibe of the house...
rustic cabinet style and stools at island
Kitchen idea 2: Instead of ivory cabinet color choice...Kitchen cabinet stain color? White oak? Also perhaps built ins in the same distressed "coffee" color stain-dining room?
Kitchen idea 2: I like the feel of this kitchen as well-like the backsplash color and size "brick-style tile"
Love the organization of this drawer near wall oven or range
Dining room light only: Like this light as alternative (art and architecture) for over the dining table if it pairs well with other choices
Dining room: Like this hutch in the rustic coffe stain or whatever we choose. "wow" option instead of stone wall in next photo (if too expensive). Would like it to have a space to lay things down (a little more surface area in the center perhaps)
Dining room: Love this whole thing the stone wall, the open layout, and the color of the hutch-if go this route do a small built in that resembles this hutch
Dining room: Love this ceiling and the closets -color and size-cool design
Living room: Love these stairs also and color of stairs and floors
Living room: Love this fireplace also
Living room: Love this fireplace with the stone and the barnwood style mantle
Living room: Another view for design influence-like built-ins beside the firelace
Living room: Another view
Pop out in the front-put reading chairs there instead of piano? Like the whole picture before for fireplace, mantle, wood style, built-ins etc.
shared bath upper: Like the idea of the tub and toilet separated from sink by pocket door or something. Or sink and toilet separate from tub area...whatever would work...
Shared bath upper: I like this bath tile and colors for main upstairs bath. Mostly larger tile so easy/faster to install 12 by 24 and small is 2 by 4. Olympia tile crema marble.
Love this bath as shared upper bath. Colors of tile and glass door at the tub
Master closet: Love the shoe rack
Master closet: Like the vanity in the closet idea doesnt necessarily have to be in a window...
Master closet: Love the floor, love the light fixtures, love the sky lights.
Master bath: Shower: Love the shower tile in different color, walk in (with no glass), love the linear small window and recessed tile for shelving product.
Master bath idea 1:Love this light fixture over a soaking tub in the window (would prefer claw foot I think). This fixture if going for mild barrel as the interesting feature.
Love this feel. (Just not the light fixture).
Garage: Absolutely love everything. The room above for office. The wood "barn style doors" Lantern or "fisherman style" sconce style lanterns. Not the English style beams though.
Love the toothbrush recess by the sinks with an outlet
lighting front steps
Lighting foyer. Michaels's vintage light in my iphone; or a hundi type lantern or the simple flushmount from pottery barn.
Front entry-love the raw wood up under the porch and a simple flushmount light
Love this style lantern instead of "hundi"
example of hundi in the foyer
Like the beams and open space
Love this wall color for the excercise room/yoga room
favorite stucco color
recessed niches with shelves for towels inside shower? On either side where still dry???
Maybe make them in tile if possible like these if on the inside? I have no idea if a tile or glass shelf could be used to make "cubbies" for towels?
garage space for dogs
