very similar to what was quoted for you. you can't even tell what the gathered material is mounted to, but you don't see any rod.
this would be similar to yours in that the height of the panel would start just below the ceiling moulding. However, it's different because the ones quoted for you have gathering that starts from the very top, rather than having a flat effect that then flairs
