Houzz is the new way to design your home.
I love the different shades of purple on the wall! I would replace the black in the background with maybe white or gray...? I also like the chandelier.
I also like this idea for the walls. I would like dark purple under the chair rail, and light purple on the top part.
I like this because of the bed frame. I would want something simple.
This would be a good headboard.
I like this headboard, too!
Reynolds Bench with Aged Brass Nailheads - $599
I like this as an extra furniture piece in white.
Mimosa Reversible Bedding - Charcoal - $169.95
I like the damask side of this comforter. I might want it in a bigger print, though.
Amazon.com: ITALIAN 1000 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheet Set DEEP POCKET, Kin - $69.99
These sheets look soft & comfy!
Traditional Bed Pillows - $149.99
This is a cute headboard! I also like the purple pillows.

I like these curtains in solid black.
Instant Collection Of 11 Chippy White Vintage Picture Frames By Ela Lake Design - $121
I love black and white frames for wall decorations.
This would be cool off to the side...
This could lead to a walk-in closet. I like the detailing!
This loft is so cute!

This would be pretty in black and white with a dash of purple.
LED Glittered Pillar Candles - $19.95
These would be perfect because I wouldn't have to bother with the fire.
Greek Key Mantel - $975
I like it without the tree branch looking thing in the middle.
A TV mirror would be perfect! You could make it look decorative, but it would still be functional.
Eclectic Kitchen Tile
This would be a good kitchen for a household with preschoolers. The floors would be easy to maintain if they got dirty because they could be easily swept. The room shape is also functional. The islands could be a place for the kids to sit while dinner is being made. The tile would be more expensive than other floor treatments, but would pay off in the long run.
This kitchen would be good for a household with a person who uses a wheelchair. The room has lots of floor space for rolling the chair. The smooth hardwood would make navigating the wheelchair much easier. They could wheel in and out of the kitchen without hitting the walls or counter. Hardwood is expensive and would have to be swept frequently, but it would serve its purpose in the room.
This living room looks cozy. It appears to have hardwood flooring underneath the area rug. The rug would give your feet a soft feel and be comfortable. Both types of flooring would be expensive, but you could move the rug if you got tired of it or buy a larger rug if you were tired of the hardwood. Hardwood could be swept and the rug could be cleaned with carpet cleaner. This room would be perfect for family gatherings.
This bedroom is perfect for a teenager. The carpet is comfortable and soft. It is fairly inexpensive and easy to clean if something is spilled on it. The room has plenty of space. Carpet adds coziness to the bedroom.
