Greg Welch Construction

We bought two different homes built by Greg Welch and have been very satisfied with his quality of construction on both. One of the homes was under construction when we purchased, and we worked with his designer on some of the finishes. We were impressed by the quality of finishes he budgeted into his homes so not everything had to be an upgrade. We have friends who had blue tape marks up for literally 9 months or more after moving in waiting for their builder to come back and align doors, touch up corners, etc. Our things were addressed within about a month. We did withhold a small part of our final payment until those were taken care of. He also had his crew take care of the few things that needed touching up at our 1 year check up, and any other issues that developed afterward, he has been quick to reach. He has gone beyond in providing customer service. So far we've been very pleased and have no problem recommending him.
