Replications Unlimited

I've tried to contact this company several times through either email, their facebook page, their website contact form, and left voicemail. Due to the time difference (I'm in Pacific zone) I typically cannot call Central and Eastern companies during business hours and depend on electronic messaging or at least a call back when I leave a voicemail. Looking at the few online reviews I found on them, the reviews look like they were by employees or by media marketing accounts, nothing very recent. I was able to get them by phone once when I was wondering where the package was that I ordered from their website about a week prior. I got the impression from the lady who answered the phone that they hadn't even realized they got an order from me, but she said I should get it by next week, which I did . That whole time there was no shipping email, no tracking number. Anyway, the samples I bought had holes in them and while one looked like it was just what I needed to fill my two room project, it had holes and I had questions about the product I needed to ask. After emailing sales@replicationsunlimited (email displayed on their website) with my questions 11 days ago, I still haven't heard from them. Based on my experience, I decided I cannot trust that I can send them a few thousand dollars and receive a quality product, or that I would have support if the product had defect. If the company tries to change my mind, I'll update this review.

For the past 2 years I have been working with Replications on a variety of projects. I have always been treated in a professional manner and been given the highest level of service. If things go awry, as they sometimes can for everyone, they quickly update me of the status and we work together to resolve the issue. The ownership and production team are very receptive to new ideas and have actually built new products to suit the customer’s needs, in this day and age that is a very rare service to offer. I got involved with Replications when I was cladding my own new home, about 5000 square feet. I worked with Jerrod to get the color I was looking for and the panel combinations that worked for our home. It was this accommodating and professional service that prompted me to get involved with this company in more of a business nature. Would highly recommend the product and the company to anyone looking to improve the look of their property.

Replications Unlimited was tremendous! Their 4x8' Faux stone panels look great, they are easy to install and save a huge amount of labor costs on the install. What would have taken days to install using real stone, only took hours to the entire façade of a residential porch. The service and support were both excellent
