Our condo in San Clemente had been a rental. It was in such poor condition it had to be pulled out to the studs. There was black mold, rats in the walls, cockroaches and termites!!! Kade was great! They were fast, thorough and did top quality jobs on every step. We are thrilled with the results. Their crews were top notch and our condo looks so much better than new. Thanks to Sloan and Maggie for all their help!
