We really enjoyed working with Lee. She brought knowledge and experience that helped us focus our ideas and the final plans truly reflect what we want in our addition. She understands how a family uses their space and was able to suggest things we didn't initially think of doing. She is very responsive and the process was fun and anxiety free.

My design firm Smalldoor Design hired Lee Ruda to provide the architectural drawings necessary to get a permit to gut an existing town home and renovate all 5 bathrooms, move walls, build a new kitchen and add dormer windows. Lee was delightful to work with! She provided us drawings in a timely manner and was quick to address all our questions. Lee instantly became part of our team, working to understand the scope of the project and helping us make design decisions that effected the way we proceeded. Her technical understanding of all building codes is impressive and her thoughtful, conscientious work ethic make her an architect we highly recommend.

Lee did a remarkable job designing an addition for our single family home. Not only was she professional, but also a delight to work with.
