I purchased a chandelier. It could not be mounted due to the steep angle of my ceiling. I verified a return. Paid for the return, Varrified the receiving of the return. It has now been many e-mails, not answering the phone and no refund after 2 months they have stopped responding to my e-mails. You are taking a big chance in a purchase with them as customer service cannot be found.

I have tried to contact this company MULTIPLE times- email, facebook, voice message--no one returns your call or email! Very frustrating when you have a question regarding one of their products!!!

I purchased a ceiling fan from this company and had it installed. Within a couple of weeks, I started smelling smoke, and then the light stopped working. I emailed the company, and they shipped me another LED driver, which immediately began to smoke after installing it. When we took down the other one, the housing was burnt through. It's a pretty, innovative fan, but cheaply made and very dangerous.

I purchased a ceiling fan from this company which would not work with a wall switch (kept going crazy, changing modes and speeds when the switch was used). After 10 emails back and forth with this company first offering increasing discounts to 'just keep it' then after I politely declined them, they threw out a new rule that stated they don't allow returns after something was installed. How would I possibly know it was defective if I hadn't had it (professionally) installed. The customer 'service' is deceitful and disappointing. Because Houzz allows vendors like this, I will no longer shop at Houzz.

I get two pendant lights on ParrotUncle, which are very nice. Although it takes a long time to receive two lights, the customer service is very good and I love the two lights a lot. I go to this online shop to buy lights, if I need another kinds of lighting fixtures.

I have ordered a modern flush mounts, and a tiffany table lamp on ParrotUncle, which are pretty good. My bedroom becomes warm and sweet. I will come to this online shop again when I need other types of lights.

Ordered a wall sconce in May and recently one of the glass shade was broken. I send an email to ask if I can buy just a glass shade, and they answered quickly that they can send me a glass shade for free!! That is so nice that I think I need to write this comment. I would like to order lamps here again!

Finding a suitable pendant was really an annoying thing. I looked through many lights both online and at store, then finally found this one on ParrotUncle. When I received the light, it was well packed and of good quality. Although this light has a long lead time, finally it worth the waiting.
