Livengood Construction

I have worked with Ray Livengood construction on and off for over a decade (both as a subcontractor and a consultant). This firm is extremely knowledegable in many aspects of construction to include concrete/masonry, framing, drywall & trim to name a few. In 2012, they were instrimental in the garage addition, window replacement and reside of an old Farm House in Evansville, WI. Livengood construction is a follow-through company that can be counted on to meet the toughest budgets and schedules. Their professionalism is grade-A in my book and I wouldn't hesitate to refer a client for their services.

Livengood Construction did a beautiful job on our tasting room the awning outside of the door. We also love the furniture he makes out of barrels.

Livengood construction took me from napkin doodle through finished blueprints, modifications, delivery of materials and stick building of our custom home addition. They were fair and on time. They weren't the cheapest bid but they were the most thorough, professional, and on time bid. They did the job, exceeded my expectations and honored the original bid. I would certainly do business with them again.

I hired Livengood Construction to renovate my Mother's home in Oakdale, CA. Mom had moved to assisted living and we needed to rent the property for income. Livengood Construction gave us a bid as well as full disclosure as to what would be done. The project was completed on time and, much to my surprise, there were a few added extras at no additoinal cost. I would recomend this company with a 5 star rating.
