We first met Rick during an onsite interview at our Scottsdale property. While walking the lot we shared our ideas, vision and needs for our new home. Rick listened, asked clarifying questions, took notes AND then he began to sketch ...right there on the spot! We immediately felt understood. We knew we had found our architect. Rick’s ability to communicate and draw our dream into reality continued through every step of the design process, from preliminary through working drawings. He spent hours proposing, educating and clarifying every decision along the way. Rick’s attention to detail, clear communication, enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to our vision made the entire experience fun and exciting. Since that time, we have had the opportunity to hire Rick for another project. We received the same level of professionalism. I highly recommend Rick and can't wait to work with him again.

Custom designed our house in Chaparral Pines in Payson, AZ. A beautiful contemporary that was designed around our 26 mile view of the Rim country, this house is my favorite of all the houses I've owned in my life. Rick took into account our preferences on everything and really helped us achieve a house that we view as "ours". Loved his work.

Working with Rick (on what must have been a very small project for him) was ideal. He listened to my wishlist and provided two great ideas, both of which would have worked. Of course, I chose the high-priced spread of the more complex design and I couldn't be happier. When we hit the expected problems, he quickly re-architected and provided plans for the necessary change that happens when you remodel a 40 year old space. He was a delight to work with.
