A.USA is top notch. For, starters, they take great care with the building's and your property. They have all kinds of Stanley "mobile storage" units for carting tools and supplies in and out - our maintenance staff was very impressed. They took the same care with every aspect of my renovation of my one-bedroom apartment: from demo to skim coating to painting and complete kitchen and bathroom reno. They also fixed up my balcony. And the owner is patient! I'm not a fan of parquet floors - in my last apartment I removed the parquet and refinished the original concrete floor. Of course, I wanted concrete again, in spite of the fact that the parquet in my new place was in pretty good shape. I took him round and round on different options - anything but parquet! Ultimately, I agreed to refinish the existing floor in a new color, and I'm so glad I listened to him in the end. They have been working in New York City for over 20 years, so they know the ins and outs. It's been a pleasure working with A.USA and I'm thrilled with my new place.

Have hired them for several jobs and would hire them again. Were punctual, very neat, always left apartment clean at end of day; time they said it would take for the job was the time it took - the projects didn't run over; felt very comfortable leaving them in my home when I was not there, nothing was ever missing; a couple of details had to be done over but for the most part they did a very nice job and they were very nice about any items that had to be fixed.
