“Hello the blackboard is a special paint. It can be purchased at home depot or lowes. We used Casing to frame in an area, and then painted 3-4 coats of magnetic paint, and then 3-4 coats of chalkboard paint. It works well, you”
“now use a piece of 1/4" luan to have a nicer smooth finish. I have drywall on mine at home and it works great.
Just search Chalkboard Paint, and Magnetic Paint.
We are also now using Magnetic and White Board Paint. So kids can use the dry erase markers like in school.”
