from the wood floor into the tiled bath... is it to accommodate a heated floor system.... or is it to be able to have enough pitch to be able to install the curbless shower....
do the same with my bathrooms - My hardwood will be approximately 2 inches higher than the bathroom tile, due to subflooring requirements, and I am installing 3/4'' thick 24'' x24'' carrara marble on a concrete subfloor. a large investment, talk to your electrician about installing a bathroom-safe heater you can turn on before your bath or shower. Again, I stress, working with licensed pros is a must; you don't want to scrimp on safety with electronics in the bathroom.
Where oh where is that electrician you can "talk to about installing a bathroom-safe heater" Been looking for this on Houzz forever, without success.
