work well on this bathroom floor because they're easy to clean and provide traction during your post-shower dry down. Remember that a glossy floor tile isn't the same as a glossy wall tile — before buying, explain to an in-store expert where your tile will be installed. Floor tile has to be safe to walk

How long should you wait in between the installation of the tile and grouting
I am not a tile installer. I would suggest you check with a tile installer. Perhaps one will chime in on Houzz or you can also do a google search.
Oregon I would recommend Oregon Tile and Marble. It is a limestone and commonly is called Seagrass. I do not recall the exact specifications of the floor tile, but it was either 5/8" squares or 1" squares. It comes on a 12x12 mosiac mesh.

this 1900s kitchen — which could hold only a mini fridge — didn't make sense for this modern-day family. Sarah Henry knocked out a back wall, installed floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and worked with durable but timeless materials to create a new, open space.
Knocking down the back wall opened the kitchen to the dining area and made room for a spacious Liebehrr refrigerator. Henry installed an end-grain butcher block bartop for the eat-in portion of the kitchen; Richlite — a recycled paper product — makes up the rest of the countertops.

what your room will look like. If you don't want to go through all of this, a 4 inch crown will still be beautiful! I think just taking the time to install any crown molding gives a room that "finished look" whether it's normal height or taller. You can also drop the trim 2-3 inches if you don't want
to go this route. Your carpenter will know what to do. Also, on the wainscoting, treat it just the same way you would the crown. Have the carpenter install a chair rail and baseboard but when he gets ready to do the sections in between, have him nail the trim directly to the wall in rectangles or squares
Have a blackout lining — a very dense fabric that light can't penetrate — sewn onto the back of any drapery fabric.Tip: For absolute darkness, install floor-to-ceiling drapes 18 inches past each side of the window. This will ensure that as little light as possible seeps in through cracks.
