How deep is the window bench?
Where did you get the window seat cushion made and find the fabric?
We are having a window seat built for our master bedroom and I need to have a cushion made. We are in Toronto. Thanks in advance.
Please provide detail on the window bench.
Can you please share the fabric source for the dotted toss pillows on the bed and the striped window shade? Thanks.

feet wide and eight feet tall. As for glazing and insulation, here's my take on the whole thing: windows have a pretty lousy insulating value no matter what kind you use. Single, double, or triple-glazed windows will have a small fraction of the insulating value of a wall. Do what you can within reason
glazing possible for the money, and then insulate the dickens out of your walls and floors. This house has a conditioned, insulated crawl space, there is exterior insulated sheathing on the outside of the studs, and the wall cavities and the roofline are insulated full-depth with closed-cell foam. It's
It's a pretty tight envelope. We were also very careful to caulk and seal as tightly around the window and door openings as possible. Limiting air infiltration is half the battle. Of course, make sure you provide for fresh air exchange when you've got a very tight envelope. The owner has reported that

I am opening a mexican restaurant I need an advice in what color should I choose for window treatments If the walls already painted in light yellow and red
question is about the window moulding. I have 5 window in one room there all long and narrow, 3 are on one wall and the other two are on another wall at either side of the fireplace. I was thinking of putting the moulding it and putting three roman blinds on the the three windows and then one curtain
like the 2 different window treatment
I like the two different window treatments with the same fabric. Maybe I could do something like this over my back door.
If you have a window you want to add height to, try a single swoop. You want the treatment to be as wide as the outside of your window, including any molding around it.

Modern Kitchen
I am curious how they insulated the cathedral ceiling. I am doing the same thing sort of but figured I would have to cover up the rafters in order to insulate?
aesthetically, I think the pot lights would look better and less cluttered. However, I do not want to screw with the thermal barrier etc. I am looking at insulated pot cans but still not decided.
kitchen with expanded window view/ how storage is handled
with a long window. Replacing the dining room window with doors.
Shelf in front of window - but only one maybe so as not to ruin site line out of window
Shelving in front of windows is interesting.
regularly.11. Wash windows inside and out. Let that summer sunshine in by giving windows a quick rinse with glass cleaner or a vinegar solution, then squeegee them dry. If you want to avoid using a ladder outside, reach exterior windows with a window-washing hose attachment or telescoping window washer.
