steam unit size reasonable (price/physical size). The shower height was 8'0" in a 10'0" room. Glass ceiling was laid on a 6" support around the edges, tile inside the shower covered this support so the support was not seen from below. Building inspector coded it like a shower door with 1/2" tempered glass

.. See the rim on the left side of the shower? the groves go on straight under the shower rod, just on the same level with the corner tile. I bet it is just the tiles ... let see what others think, though... : )
it looks to me that the tiles are glossy... And because there is a window behind the toilet seat, which gives even more natural light, it give the false impression of extra, glass-like

what kind of tile is in the shower?
hi what is the size of the tiles in the shower floor. my contractor is telling me that i should not put a tile bigger than 6 inchs in the shower floor due to problems with drainage. i love
appears that this installation was done without pplacing any bullnose or other tile trim. Is that so? I like the streamline look but my installer is insisting on 3/4" trim EVERYWHERE. We are using porcelana through color tile. Thank you.
I believe the tile was from Porcelanosa. It was set on a mud bed, and not terribly difficult to install if you are patient! For all small mosaics, or patterns with an obvious linear pattern, walls need to be perfectly plumb and square for the best overall

went with white countertops but kept with their love of color by adding bright mosaic tile throughout the shower and on the adjoining wall.

I am putting tile floor in a California
This is not tile- it is a material called magnasite which was used 1920-1950 in spanish colonial and mediterranean revival style homes. It is a composite material which is poured like concrete then shaped and scored to look like tile or stone.
Did PaveTile also make the stair treads? Hard to tell
haven't seen this pattern anywhere but it sure is cool
