Too big. But check out the grill area - A-framed with built in bench/sofa & can easily be screened. Like a lot about this house. Balcony off master bedroom w outdoor tub.

The Hillside House utilizes outdoor space as much as indoor space. Covered and uncovered decks add several rooms to the house, and one even contains a bathtub.
