I see that you replied that this floor is Brazilian Cherry with Jacobean stain. Was it prefinished (manufacturer?) or was it site finished. Will the Brazilian Cherry color changes be noticeable with such a dark stain? It is a fabulous floor!
Hi! This floor was finished on site and there is definitely visible variations in the wood even with the jacobean stain. Thank you for your interest!

Who was the floor manufacturer and what stain color was used? I'm assuming this is strandwoven bamboo?
These are Natural Bamboo Traditions by USFloors stained Jacobean SKU# 602H3. Its 3 3/4" wide x 37 3/4" long. Christopher A Rose AIA, ASID BTW these came prestained.

The first and second floor of this house is Tigerwood with no stain. The stairs are red oak with a Jacobean stain to pull out the darkest color in the stripes of the Tigerwood. Hope that helps.

Is it painted black or is it a dark stain? Do you mind sharing the color? Thank you!
Hi this is a blend stain from Bona- water based, Jacobean & Ebony not quite 50/50. Probably 60/40 ebony/ jacobean. We really played with the mix before finding exactly this color. It's also sprayed on not brushed which gives it the finish look & feel like a piece of custom furniture.

Using quarter round instead of shoe mold is the first mistake. Shoe mould is a far more elegant transition between baseboard and floor. 2nd --NEVER stain the transition between baseboard and floor the floor colour
