The floor is indeed linoleum - the brand is Marmoleum it was done in "sheet goods" not tile btw but I dont recall the color and dont have it on file. Its an awesome product!

I have to say that I like this kitchen, but I would really love it without that black refrigerator and dishwasher. Creme-colored appliances would be so much better, in my opinion.

Very beautiful kitchen, don't have an island yet-I would love one as I cook a very lot, waiting to get one in our new house though-if I get one.
in the kitchen. However....3 feet from an island to the sink area or cooking area is acceptable because normally you would need to be going back and forth between sink/stove/fridge and island. There is already a sink on this island (which is super handy) and there seems to be a comfortable working distance
