what is this graceful tree by patio
I would not recommend putting a mesquite tree that close to the pool. It doesn't really matter what tree you put there it will always be "the messiest tree in the garden" This tree was already here and the client has a full time gardening crew on staff to maintain the property so she wanted to keep it

Planting notes. Select trees that are field grown, not container grown, with one strong central trunk and an abundance of fibrous roots. Field-grown trees (this is true for many large shade trees) outperform container-grown trees because the young plants develop a better root structure in the ground
than in a container. Select the highest-quality tree you can find so that it establishes and persists for a lifetime. Unhealthy, poorly pruned or damaged trees are not good choices. When planting your tree, dig a shallow and wide planting hole. Plant the tree so that the top of the root ball is just slightly

Seasonal interest: Year-round When to plant: Spring or fall Planting notes: Since this was just introduced in 2011, it is not easy to find landscape-size trees. I recommend purchasing a small one and enjoying it in a container for a few years before transplanting it. The one shown here was purchased

8. Alluring landscape lighting. An amazing shift happens in the garden when the sun sets. The landscape features that stood center stage during the day recede into darkness, and a whole new atmosphere can be created with creative placement of landscape lighting. Trees can be uplit, and paths can be defined
indoors. Lighting can also be effectively incorporated into water features to add movement (and to keep people from stepping into the pond!).More: Landscape Design: A Secret Garden

what type trees are featured in this photo?
What is name of these trees? Love your landscapes.
River birch trees grow very fast. They are beautiful but VERY messy.
When used as street trees in new projects, Miami-Dade County requires them to be planted at a spacing of 35' average
which resemble these but have a brownish flower.... my front yard is so similar to this, it is truly magnificent, all though you have the beauty of oak trees which are beautiful on there own and rare, I have a mix of evergreen and maple :)

These trees (Crepe Myrtle) were part of the original landscaping for this project and we re-purposed them to the spot you see in the photo.
What are the tall trees with the hot pink flowers on them called? This is a stunning back yard
Beautiful backyard, I think this is a creeping vine. Flowering vines are employed in landscape design with both aesthetic and utilitarian purposes in mind. While trees and shrubs can certainly create a living barrier within your yard, creatively placed vines can also give you
